Riverside furniture terms are net 30 days and a service charge is added for any amounts over 30 days of age.
Customer agrees to pay any NSF charges. In the event Riverside must refer any undisputed amount owing to an outside collection agency or attorney, the customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection cost including, but not limited to, attorney fees, court cost, sheriffs fees, bond cost, and collection fees incurred by Riverside. The customer agrees to these terms if credit is extended.
